The book is honest in that it doesn’t try to be anything but an entertaining story with engaging, relatable characters including the gorgeous Luca and fiery Francesca. It’s a positive story with a strong feminist slant in a fairy tale setting. And the sex scenes are just right. They add to the romance and fun of the story and don’t detract from the main message of respect and love for one another.
The depth of characterization and side plots lift it from a predictable tale to being almost a semi-saga with lots of intrigue and fun and a surprising ending. Loved it
